Old "Page Missing" same as new "File Not Found"?

I’m attempting to get a custom 404 page going and the current wiki says
to
use a page type of “Page Missing” which I’m assuming is the same as
“File
Not Found”. I only ask because even after creating a File Not Found
page I
still get the default Radiant 404. Should I have to kick the dispatch
process to get the new 404 to show up or am I just doing something
wrong/silly?

On a side note I’m updating the “Using Radiant” page on the wiki to talk
about “Page Type” instead of “Page Behaviour”.

Make sure it’s a child of the homepage and is “Published”. That should
do the trick.
