Nginx virtual host traffic status module

Hello,

I’ve created an open source module similar to the live traffic
monitoring of nginx plus.
I’ve made it as C module, and it supports virtual hosts.
If anyone tries it out, feedback is welcome.
Note: I haven’t tested it extensively in production environment yet.
