Nginx and google perftools

Hey folks,

I was reading the wiki how to configure perftools for nginx and I could
get
it working thanks to google translate and the russian support  So the
point is that google_perftools_profiles directive must be in the main
section and than it creates the files (per process) in the directory you
have specified.

My question would be:

what is next? The files are there but with 0 size:

-rw-rw-rw- 1 www wheel 0B Dec 3 20:29 nginx.75619
-rw-rw-rw- 1 www wheel 0B Dec 3 20:29 nginx.75618
-rw-rw-rw- 1 www wheel 0B Dec 3 20:29 nginx.75617
-rw-rw-rw- 1 www wheel 0B Dec 3 20:29 nginx.75616

How can I cat nginx to populate the files with data?

Do I miss something obvious?

Thank you in advance,
Istvan

Let me answer my own question.

I guess the files are written when the process quits at least I have got
non-zero size files after restarting nginx.

Thank you anyway, I might update the wiki with this info.
