Newbe question

I am new at this and slowly learning Linux, GNU and GNU Radio. In
the installation instructions for “GNU Radio Release 3.2”, I got as far
“Now edit qwtconfig.pri:” and have come to standstill. I can’t figure
this step. I am sure it is elementary to the rest of you but it has
me to a stop. Can anyone explain this step in detail?

Thank you very much

open the file and edit the lines mentioned in the rest of the
I use ‘vi’ editor. You can do this in the terminal by

$ vim qwtconfig.pri

This opens the file and you can edit and save it. Or else just use any
graphical interface editor.

I hope I answered your question. :slight_smile:

I hope they make a more friendly/standard installation process soon.
