New version of u-boot for the USRP-E100

I’ve uploaded a new version of u-boot.bin to:

This version restores the default mpurate to 720 MHz (from 500). You can
copy this over the existing u-boot.bin and reboot. Be sure to run “sync”
before rebooting.
