Nested-layouts

This plugin was broken by Rails 2.1.1, and I’ve fixed it up and put it
online at http://github.com/radar/nested-layouts. This is just a heads-
up to anyone using nested-layouts in their project and considering
upgrading to Rails 2.1.1.
