The candidate needs to have solid hands on experience developing and
supporting Ruby on Rails application (Ruby, Ruby On Rails Framework,
HTML, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, Capistrino and Selinium).
In addition, strong knowledge of MySQL and Linux OS is highly desired.
The ideal candidate needs to have some experience developing J2EE
based web application.
