first one: no more scrolling preview on newly updated clips
second one: newly updated clips in 16x9 are not being cropped properly
and are being displayed inaccurately.

any help much appreciated.

this is what i heard it might be:

Controller = Files

I am sorry but that conveys no information to me.

I think in order to ask useful questions and understand the answers
here you will have to learn about Rails first. Have a look at the
Rails Guides (google it).
