Need help with form_remote_for to start_form_tag

hello,
I have this in my code

<% form_remote_for :temp,
Job.new,
:url => {:controller => ‘tristate’,
:action => ‘create’},
:loading => ‘ExpenseTracker.disableExpenseForm()’,
:complete => ‘ExpenseTracker.enableExpenseForm()’,
:html => {:id => ‘expense-form’,:category => ‘job’} do |f| %>

but id like to use the regular form of start_form_tag. can i do this?

<% start_form_tag :action => ‘create’,
:category => ‘job’%,
:loading => ‘ExpenseTracker.disableExpenseForm()’,
:complete => ‘ExpenseTracker.enableExpenseForm()’,
:html => {:id => ‘expense-form’,:category => ‘job’} %>

basically i am just trying to call the javascript code to display the
ajax animation that the form is being processed.

thanks
