My new block doesn't show up in GRC

Hi everyone,
So I am following the tutorial on making my own block:
http://gnuradio.org/redmine/projects/gnuradio/wiki/OutOfTreeModules

Everything is fine but I cant seem to find my block in GRC. It
tested and installed no problem. (make test & make install)

I am using Ubuntu so I have used the command: ldconfig. I also Reloaded
Blocks in GRC. Am I missing something here?

So I got it fixed now. Sort of.

Just in case anyone was having the same problem as I did. I just
uninstall the whole GNU Radio with apt-get (and also it was an older
version). And install with the wget command which can be seen from the
gnuradio website. Thats it.
