Modify and reload Nginx's config from webpage?

I think it would be more convenient to manage Nginx from webpage than
command line.Any suggesions?

You can manage this with pretty any scripting language (php/lua/perl
etc) …

As Reinis points out, you can achieve this using any scripting
language you care to expose via nginx.

It doesn’t, however, have any place being implemented inside nginx
itself. It would add unnecessary code, complexity and risk to the
daemon.
