Hi all
There are few migrations in Vendor folder and i want to run those
migrations, do i need to copy those to db folder and run them or there
is
another way to run the migration present in Vendor folder.

Why are there migrations in the vendor folder? Please give more
details of exactly what you are doing.

There is app where i found few of the migrations and models are there in
vendor and those files are found in a MVC folders.

Do you mean an existing app that you are taking over?
Are they in a particular gem that has been vendored? If you gave an
example of what is there it may help us to understand what is going
on.
