Media Temple?

Is anyone out there using Media Temple for hosting?
If so what is your opinion on them?
Normally I’d use a VPS and manage it ourselves, but this is a smaller
project and isn’t really worth us managing ourselves.
So we’re looking for a good reliable rails hosting service with good
uptime.

I have a mt (dv) account and I just deployed to it, so if you plan on
going ahead
with hosting… if you hit any hang ups,
