Now the jruby 1.1.3 has been released, when might there be an update to
jruby-rake-plugin to 1.1.3 available?

If this hasn’t been done already, we’d probably want to go straight to
1.1.4. But I’m not sure there’s enough resource time available to
maintain jruby-rake-plugin at the moment…we need help.
