Maven for the full jruby distribution?

I’d like to grab a full version of jruby using Maven, but I’m
confused. It looks like what I want is here:

But there’s nothing there - if I give that as a dependency, I end up
just fetching some XML.

(jruby-complete, on the other hand, works fine, but it doesn’t have
things like the bin directory.)

Pilot error, sorry. jruby-complete-1.6.5.jar does in fact have the
bin directory.
