Hi there, hope you’re doing well.

I’m about to start my thesis to finish my Computer Science Master degree, and I’m struggling trying to find a research topic to focus my thesis.
I work with RoR and I’d love to perform my thesis with ruby.
I was looking inside the ruby performance and/or ruby database security, but I’m open to hear any ideas and suggestions from you :slight_smile:

Maybe collect the performance improvements in Ruby 3, and try to see the their tradeof and what are the desired improvements that didn’t get to be included in this version because of time.

Check the release notes of 3.0.0: Ruby 3.0.0 Released

You can see that Performance was priority.

All related with JRuby is about performance.
