After gems failing to work many times with missing dll errors I am
wondering if there is any way to install manually?
I’ve got ruby working and I downloaded the zip for rails but can’t seem
to find an installer script or anything in the zip to suggest how where
the files might need copying.
Any help on this matter would be much appreciated!
