Make test fails for GnuRadio 3.6.2 (compiled from tarball)

This is on Ubuntu 12.04 32bit, all dependencies supplied by Ubuntu
except for IT++ 4.2 which was compiled from source.

Seems the “orc” target for one specific test fails during verification.
