I found a small bug in the rake task for the mailer extension.
The email.js file is actually in public/javascripts, not just public.
Easy mistake and a simple fix.

Please submit a patch to the Trac and we’ll get it fixed up right away.

You will need to register and log into the site. Then you can create a
new ticket and upload the diff there.

I had registered, and filled out the ticket, but hesitated to submit
it as I didn’t see an attach field. I didnt realize you had to submit
the ticket before it would give you the option to attach a file.
