Our client is a young, dynamic player within the Internet / Web
Technology industry. Growing rapidly and gaining international
respect, this innovative company is looking to hire four web
developers with experience on Ruby on Rails or having a passionate
desire to learn it! You’ll be designing, developing and maintaining
interesting applications in different domains.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Professional and/ or personal experience developing web applications
in any web application framework with an eye for clean design (Web
Professional and/ or personal experience in CSS, PERL, AJAX,
Excellent communication skills: verbal, email correspondence, provide
feedback and present solutions.
Ability to work independently.
Extremely out-going personality and a willingness to learn.
Strong Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Preference will be given to individuals who are tech junkies, avid
blog readers, bloggers, Web 2.0 aficionados, etc.

There are two open positions. Both can be telecommuters but you must
be based in PEI. Although our client’s office is in Moncton, for any
of these roles, you must have the ability to work from home and


If you’re a new graduate with a few months of experience the salary
range starts at $34k. Of course, if you have a couple years of
experience, you will be paid more. In addition to your salary, you
will be eligible to receive a bonus (Variable Income) of up to 15% of
your salary. You’ll also be entitled to benefits.

Education Bonus:

You’re allowed up to $5,000/year to go anywhere to learn anything! You
choose, the destination and the technology and your new employer will
pay for it!
