Hello:
I’m new to the community and wanted to know if someone on the list
might be able to makerecommendations on an open source project that
allows you to conduct auctions of services? Ruby on Rails seems like
it’s a good platform to use for heavy transactional types of
applications. Am I correct in my assumption?
Any input is most appreciated.
