I know that at least two of my log files (development.log and
fastcgi.crash.log) were recording information before, but now neither of
them seem to be getting anything new.
I haven’t altered the default rails environments, and I haven’t
tampered with the log files except for clearing them. After this
happened I went back and played with the chmod access for the log folder
but that has not helped.
Any suggestions on what is causing this? I haven’t had any luck
searching for this problem.
