Location-based startup seeks Ruby developer

We are trying to establish an online hub for the light rail community
in Phoenix, Arizona, and our website is currently built in Ruby on
Rails (what can we say, we love things with rails). We have a lot
invested in the platform, and the previous developer has completed his
contract. We are now ready to turn it over to a new developer who can
help us grow and advise on development issues as needed.

The site currently silos information within 5 blocks of each light
rail station. Users and admin can post news, events, promotions and
more around each station. We have other features that have already
been wire-framed out. We just need to implement them.

We are currently releasing the beta version of the site and seeking a
second round of funding. For any developers interested in working
within a startup environment of an ambitious, adventurous project,
please let me know. I am willing to offer shares in the company in
exchange for participation.
