List of popular Rails Plugins?

Hi,

I’m new to Rails. I’d like to try popular plugins to learn more about
Rails.

Here’s the list for now.

  • Exception Notification
  • Login Engine
  • acts_as_taggable
  • acts_as_versioned
  • acts_as_ferret
  • restful_authentication
  • attachment fo
  • validation_reflection

Is there anything I’m missing?

err, that’s attachment_fu…

and I like annotate_models, to give me a clue in the model what all the
fields are… its a terrible thing getting old, you forget what your
last migration did.

I’m not sure plugins will help you to learn more about Rails, though.
