After shutting down “cgran” there is no reference for them. Is there
anything else?

There is no central registry of programs written with Gnu Radio.
Try keyword searches on sourceforge and github.
But when you think about it for a few seconds, it’s functionally
identical to asking for a list of all programs written in C, or Java, or
C++, or Fortran.
Such a list, with much labour and time, could be produced. But it
would be incomplete. There is no central registry.
