List of exclusions for ngx_http_limit_req_module

Hi,

Is there a way to specify a “whitelist” of IP addresses that do not fall
under the limitations imposed by ngx_http_limit_req_module?

Or maybe there’s some other way to limit the connections rate for a
user/session?
