Yup. It’s gone. I’ve been meaning to package it up as a plugin. It was
never meant to be part of the distribution. We needed it for Ruby-Lang,
but that was it.

Perhaps it could be the beginning of a “standard library” of plugins
that are included and maintained with Radiant?

IMHO you should have not dropped it, it’s very useful for most of us;
