Jruby 1.1.3, gem install rails occured an error

hi all
my environment is windows XP, jdk1.5.0_15, jruby1.1.3

when i type gem install rails
it will cause this error

F:\Java\jruby-1.1.3\bin>gem install rails
JRuby limited openssl loaded. gem install jruby-openssl for full
support.

Hmm, please file a bug for this. This is almost certainly related to
fixes we put in to resolve a RubyGems issue with how we implemented some
Windows-based POSIX functions.

Hi,

Just to update everybody on this, it turned out that the problem was
due to antivirus software/firewall interfering with the gem download,
so JRuby 1.1.3 is OK here.
