This is a ground floor opportunity to build an entirely new Web
Presence for one of the world’s leading organizations. The company

next generation web site and functionality that will help drive them
forward into additional business verticals and capitalize on their
existing business and massive success.

led by former leaders of Yahoo, McKinsey, and several high powered
media firms!
We have a need to hire the best Web Architecture and Development
talent that we can find. If you are a technical hobbyist that is
passionate about researching, playing with, and implementing the
newest technology that you can find… then we want to talk to you. We
are looking for creative builders with energy and passion for the
internet. As members of this highly visible and well backed team, you
will be called upon to bring ideas on what works and how to put it all
together. These are all hands on roles that require not only internet

We need people with real production experience (not just self-study or

Xhtml, Javascript, JQuery, Linux, Java, JEE, MySQL, JUnit, detailed
understanding of OOD, MVC

Want Technical Experts having built Consumer facing sites that have
gone into production.
The ideal candidate will join a small agile team in the development of
a new web product that is targeted for Beta launch within an
aggressive time-frame. We are looking for an experienced hands-on Ruby
on Rails developer who has experience with leveraging Rails best
practices and is willing to find a path to success by researching and
recommending alternatives when faced with challenging situations.
Skills/Qualifications
-Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering
or related field
-Ruby on Rails development and architecture experience
-Nginx, Mongrel, GIT, Capistrano, Memcached and other services
supporting Rails
-Central in the development of 2+ ROR production systems with one that
is a high traffic consumer public facing site
-Applies OOD and Design Patterns to software design & problem solving
-Tackled clustering/caching, threading and performance issues
-Worked in a fast paced agile environment with continuous integration,
unit/integration/load/performance testing
-RDBMS experience including schema design and content modeling
-Strong command of web standards and best practices
