We are looking for an experienced Software Engineers and Senior
Software
Engineers to drive the evolution and growth of our contracts
intelligence
platform. Pramatas product development team is in Bangalore and you will
play a key role in being a part of this market-leading product. This is
a
unique and exciting opportunity to work for a successful startup
acknowledged as the leader in the contracts intelligence space.

An ideal candidate will bring proven coding skills, experience in
leading
enterprise SaaS products and a solid understanding of web technology.

Software Engineer with 1 to 4 years of experience**

*Requirements *

  1. Education: BE / BTech in Computer Science with strong academics.

  2. Experience of 1 to 4 years in software development, preferably in
    product development environment who have demonstrable Internship, Final
    Year projects or independent project experience in building Web
    Applications.

  3. Pramata’s platforms are developed using Ruby on Rails. Prior
    experience in Ruby on Rails is a requirement

  4. Must be an expert in Linux / UNIX programming environment.

  5. Must have good inter-personal and presentation skills.

  6. Must display strong technical aptitude.

  7. Must be a problem solver

  8. Must have excellent (written and verbal) communication skills - be
    able to communicate with non-technical senior-level management,
    professionals as well as technical peers

  9. Self-starter with the interest, ability and energy to work in a
    fast-paced startup environment

  10. Bring a great sense of humor and adventure to the workplace!

Senior Software Engineer with 4 years plus of experience

*Requirements *

  1. Education: BE / BTech in Computer Science with strong academics.

  2. Experience of 4 years plus in software development, preferably in
    product development environment.

  3. Must be an expert in web technologies - Ajax, HTTP, HTML,
    Javascript,
    etc.

  4. Must have worked on multiple technologies like Java / J2EE, .NET,
    Ruby on Rails (RoR), etc.

  5. Must be an expert in Linux / UNIX programming environment.

  6. Experience managing enterprise SaaS applications

  7. Experience with agile software development methodologies

  8. Proficiency with web technology concepts. Software background
    highly
    desirable

  9. Pramata platform is built on Ruby on Rails, so the candidate must
    be
    willing to work on RoR.

  10. Must have good inter-personal and presentation skills.

  11. Some experience in Linux powertools and shell scripting.

  12. Must have proven Object-oriented analysis and design skills.

  13. Must be a problem solver, and enjoy being technically hands-on.

  14. Must display strong technical aptitude.
