Responsibilities
Do you love Ruby on Rails? Do you have in-depth knowledge of all rails
fundamentals? We are looking for an engineer who excels at both backend
and
frontend development on RoR tech stack.
We are looking for top-notch design and coding skills to help lead
development of our fast growing portfolio of V.me (Visas digital wallet
solution) and UltimatePay (PlaySpan core service) feature offerings and
associated support tools. You will be responsible for writing code and
developing a system that scales as our business grows. You will work
directly with a small team of developers, architects and senior
management
to define product development and drive them over the finish line.
Qualifications
-B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related fields with at least 5
years
of professional work experience
-Ruby on Rails (developed commercial applications)
-Javascript MVC framework (such as backbone.js)
-Developed restful web service clients
-Continuous integration, versioning and deployment.
-Expert level of experience in RoR-testing frameworks (Cucumber, RSpec,
Selenium)
-Experience with JRuby
-Working Knowledge of Java and Spring is a big plus
