Project on a volunteer non paying basis (volunteering only for about 2
months time, following opportunity for an employment) + benefits: early
employee stock scheme. You will be mentored and guided by senior RoR
developer with 5+ years experience. V.1 of the project is nearly
finished
so you would be jumping in the most exciting phase of a startup -
prelaunch/launch.
