stage, but funded by experienced local and international investors. We

a product that will be used by millions of customers locally and an

Who you are:
Have a passion for solving problems and thinking outside of the
box when you hit a wall, you build a ladder
Someone who likes to recruit and lead your own highly talented
development team
Have lots of experience building awesome Javascript + Ruby on
Rails apps. You may even know MongoDB. Heck, you may even have
experience
creating mobile web apps supercharged with PhoneGap.
You swear by Agile engineering practices and love the immediacy
of continuous deployment (supported by git-pushes to production in the
cloud).
You enjoy being a part of a leadership team that understands
product/market fit, the power of a great UX and elegant UIs, the
openness
of decision-making backed by metrics. Perhaps youre even a fan of Eric
Ries Lean Startup principles (like us!)
What you will be doing:
You will collaborate to design, prototype, implement and
iteratively improve a set of web (and later mobile) products.
Build and lead a team of 5 Javascript + Rails Devs
Manage release plans and juggle card priorities
Work with UX, design and customer service to constantly improve
customer value and solve problems
Monitor site and application activity (Google Analytics + New
Relic) and take corrective action
Know when to refactor code whilst designing and implementing
improvements, balancing speed and debt.
Use latest technologies and libraries, whatever gets the job
done
