hire full time developers with:
- Strong programming skills
- Strong computer science fundamentals
- 1 to 3 years of experience developing web applications on the LAMP
stack
You must be genuine, passionate, entrepreneurial, excited about building
a
great company and having a lot of fun along the way. We are looking for
people that view this as a lifestyle choice and not just a job. A degree
doesn’t matter, but how smart you are does.
Required proficiency with:
- Ruby and/or Python
- HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, jQuery, Prototype
- Rails framework
- MySQL (SQL)
- Linux
Good to have:
- Source code management using Git / Github
- Capastrino, Rspec, Cucumber
- Web 2.0 APIs like facebook, twitter, google
- Cloud computing environments like Amazon EC2, S3
Role and Responsibility:
- Brainstorm and prototype new concepts and approaches fast. Turn
prototypes
into real things. - Architect, build, test and refine new products and services.
- Tackle a wide variety of coding problems throughout the stack.
- Produce clean, scalable, well-documented code
- Be a team player in a flat-structured, highly collaborative
environment.
