They are looking for someone who has solid hands on experience
developing and supporting Ruby on Rails application (Ruby, Ruby On
Rails Framework, HTML, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, Capistrano and
Selinium). In addition, strong knowledge of MySQL and Linux OS is
highly desired. The ideal candidate needs to have some experience
developing J2EE based web application.
