Hi,

What level of experience are you looking for ? These are two sites im
currently working on. They both have authentication functionality to
access
the databases. I use Heroku to host and understand the deployment
hurdles
that one runs into with ROR projects.

Oh, Susan, I have to say that information your post is not sufficient to
figure out who are you looking for.
Obviously a RoR developer, but that’s it.

Expand it please, so I and other developers could estimate requirements
and
promises.
