Looks like my solution is the first passing solution which
/technically/ fills the contest parameters, unlike other passing
solutions which also change the test. I’m sure my life will promptly
become great.
It says change non_empty? and your change is outside the method.

Irrelevant, you can define method anywhere, but fixed.
