IS USRP safe for the human body?

I’m trying to make an intra-body communication system with the USRP
Thus, I want to attach TX cable onto the human body skin
and transmit signals through the body

In this point, is there any electrical, or biological risk like,
electric
shock.?

USRP hardware was not designed with use on the human body in mind. It
does not meet many of the requirements, both technical and legal, for
such use. None of the parts we use are rated for such use. Any such
use would be entirely at your own risk.

For any use of electronics on the human body you should seek advice from
experts in the field.

Remember, kids: It’s not the volts that kill you. It’s the amps.
