Is there a difference between the RFX900 and FLEX900 daughter boards?

I’m not too familiar with the naming conventions and I could not find a
reference to the FLEX900 and the Ettus research website.

If they are different, is the frequency tuning range different?

The RFX-series was originally called the FLEX-series, but it was changed
years ago due to trademark issues on the work FLEX. They are one and
the same hardware.
