Is there a compile version NGINX RTMP for Windows

I am very new to NGINX, actually just came across it the other day but
have
been reading alot about it. Is there a compiled version with rtmp
streaming
for windows available. I know I can download the tools and files to
create
a compiled version. I have attempted to do this numerous times but can’t
seem to get everything just right for it to work. Thought it may be
already
be out there.

Here is one with rtmp(1.06) compiled in, http://nginx-win.ecsds.eu/
rtmp 1.07 upgrade is on the todo list for the next release.
