Is nginx in Pre-built format ready for Ubuntu 12.10?

follow the steps in download page of nginx site.and apt-get gives
those error messages below:

There is no packages for ubuntu 12.10 right now. We will build packages
for quantal
on next stable nginx release. It is planned at 07.11.
