Interesting usability issue for live search on IE6

Hello, a client brought up this interesting usability issue (for IE6
only, of course) anyone have any suggestions?

On Firefox/Safari/Camino - http://www2.cadvbe.org live search works
great because:

  1. do a search, for example “framing”
  2. click on the name of a company to go to the detail page
  3. click on the back button or back javascript link

On most browsers, the term and results that the user searched for are
still there. But not on IE6 ! Arrrghh… Anyone know an easy solution to
this?
