Install ruby on rails on windows server 2003

Hi,

I’m brand new to ruby on rails since today. I have a windows web
server 2003. I want to run ruby on rails.

What do I have to install ?

This could help you though you can leave out the sybase part.

Also make sure that you download the latest version of everything
