How to set RX/TX over the same port

Hi,

How can I receive/send a signal over the same port?
I’m using an USRP2 with XCVR2450 daughterboard.

I use the newest git version from GNURadio on Ubuntu 9.04 and the actual
firmware (3.3git-594-g02616cf8).
