How to move datas from list box to another box when i click

I am new to ror. can any one tell aboutb this concept. if u tell step by
step it will be very helpful for me.

When i click ADD/REMOVE button, it should be come

my database name is - demographic_categories

Fields - id, name

please tell me asap.
