How to migrate installed gems to higher ruby version on Ubuntu?

Hi All,

Currently I am using Ruby1.9.3* for my rails application, I want to
update
ruby to latest stable version in this case how can i migrate all the
gems
in this version of Ruby to latest version.

Follow the steps with RVM (Ruby version manager) https://rvm.io/. RVM
makes it possible to manage all the gem dependencies easily.
