How to Install ruby 1.9.2/1.9.1 and Rails 3.x on Ubuntu

Hello All,

I have Ubuntu 11-04, I would want to install ruby 1.9.2/1.9.1 and
Rails
3.x. I need the least complicated way of doing this.
