I want to know whether any methods are available to get machine IP
address using MAC address. Thanks in advance,

Yes, there are. You can send a RARP packet on the network segment to
which that machine is connected; or you can read the ARP table of any
machine which is connected to the same network segment (e.g. using
SNMP).
