How does each model object (pages, snippets, etc) get associ

Sorry…probably showing my nuby…ness, but I cannot seem to see how
the model objects get associated with the user object?

I am trying to create a new model object and want it to have the
updated_at, updated_by attributes like the other model objects.

It’s done with the user action observer:
