How can i use Amazon Fulfilment Web Service using Ruby use inbound and outbound calls to get product

Can i use Amazon Fulfillment Web Service (FWS) in Ruby to use inbound
and outbound api calls to get product details in my rails
application(Using Rest calls or SOAP calls)…
